Structure and Languages

The Program has a duration of eight weeks and is taught online in Spanish or English. During this time, you will learn the importance of the three main breathing patterns and how to executed and combine them with different breathing styles like square, resistance, hypopressive breathing, etc. The learning process is gradual, kinesthetic, and participative: you will use your body to learn and you will learn basic breathing exercises in the beginning and complex ones in the end. We will meet once per week for around 45 minutes. During this time we will practice a breathwork routine that will increase each week the number of exercises. You will have a document with these routines and, from week 3 in advance, you will also receive audios.
